Welcome to the III issue of E-Dhira 2011-2012.With a quiet change of hands at our end, I, Varun Mishra, feel privileged to address the readers.
Our country continues to witness the face off between civil society and the government over the Lokpal Bill. What surprises me is that how adults continue to spar involving their egos rather than arrive at a well-meaning consensus regarding policies of sarvajana hitaya sarvajana sukhayacha. In the international arena it was heartening to see the US troops pull of from Iraq but sad to see typhoon, Washi ravage Philippines. Since we, at school, were involved with hectic events- the educational excursions, Parents Day Programme and Sports Day, that's why the In-house Activity section has less contribution so also the Guest Galore.
