Sulochanadevi Singhania School proudly secured the prestigious first prize in Thane Division for the most exquisite garden and its impeccable maintenance at the Thane Municipal Corporation's Nandanvan 2024. Adorned with vibrant flowers and lush greenery, our garden provides a serene environment for our school. Congratulations to Mr. Niteen Kadam, Supervisor of Housekeeping Services, for such a commendable job, and for involving students of Std. 4 in the entire project.

The Free Press Journal presented the results of the second edition of the Mumbai Schools Survey 2023.
We are exceptionally pleased to announce that our school, Smt. Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School received ‘SilverZone International Achievement Award 2022-23’ for Outstanding Performance in the Silverzone Olympiads for having the maximum number of registrations and winning maximum medals.
Heartiest congratulations to all the 666 students who registered & 170 medalists! This award is a strong testament to commitment to excellence, inspiration to others and bringing honour to the Sulonian glory. We thank the teachers, parents and the staff for their unstinting support to the school & the children.

The Rotary Club of Thane hills (RCTH) and the N.G.O. Samarth Bharat Vyaspeeth (SBV) collaborated to organise the 'Interschool Plastic Waste Collection Contest’. 25 schools contributed and collected an astounding 3291.992 kg of plastic waste in the academic year 2022 – 23. After topping the collection drive for 2 consecutive quarters, our school was awarded the 1st prize for collecting a record total of 1195.965 kg during the course of last year.
Ms. Swati Prabhu & Ms. Prema Nadar, the teachers-in charge for this project were also felicitated for their efforts and ideas to encourage their students to collect as much of plastic waste from their homes and surroundings.
The award ceremony was held by RCTH in the premises of Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Thane. The Rotary District (3142) Governor Kailash Jethani, was the Chief Guest for the event. Dr. Revathi Srinivasan, Director – Education
& Principal, Members of RCTH, Samarth Bharat Vyaspeeth members, Teachers, Staff members and students from other participating schools were present at the award function. Dr. Revathi addressed the audience & motivated the students assembled for the event by saying that plastic waste collection for recycling is not just for winning prizes; it must become a habit for the students. Her message was a strong
one and made a deep impact on the students. We are proud of our students and parent community and teachers for supporting us for the cause of saving our environment.

Our school participated in the National Young Authors’ Fair co-founded by BriBooks and Education World. It was a wonderful opportunity for young writers to showcase their creativity. The event inspired over 100,000 students to publish their first book and experience a journey of entrepreneurship.
At this mega event, held on March 25, 2023 held at Gurugram Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School was awarded with the Literary Leadership Award for the “Best School in Maharashtra”.
Adding to the Sulonian glory are the achievements of Nehal Nitya who was awarded ‘Most Popular Author in State’ and ‘Writing Prodigy Author’.
Dr. Revathi Srinivasan, Director – Education & Principal, congratulated Nehal Nitya on her incredible feat. The author proudly presented an autographed copy of her book “I love you Covid” to the Principal, who was equally thrilled and excited to receive it.

We are extremely proud to announce that our School, Smt. Sulochanadevi School was adjudged as the National Winner for Holistic Education at the first Sri Sri Ravishankar Award for Education held in Bengaluru.

It was a widely contested event with some of the finest schools in the country. The Award was bestowed on Director – Education & Principal, Dr. Revathi Srinivasan in a grand function attended by more than 3000 parents, devotees and students.The School was recognised for its holistic, value based education which extends beyond the parameters of academics and deploys the potential of innovative practices and experiments for the improvement of teaching – learning for each student and the community at large.

The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.' We all need to act soon in order to save and clean our environment. For this purpose, our school participated in the 'Plastic Waste Collection Drive' that was organized by Rotary Club of Thane Hills. Plastic waste was collected from all the students once a week and then sent for recycling. On 15th Nov 2022 our Principal Ma'am was felicitated and the students were honored by the Rotary Club of Thane Hills as our school bagged first place for collecting huge quantities of plastic waste in the first quarter.

On the 19th of December 2018, the Principal Mrs. Revathi Srinivasan was invited as a speaker at the Times of India and Maharashtra Times Principals Conclave. The Principal spoke on Curriculum , training and digitalisation.

Universal Mentors Association’s 4th EduLeaders Summit & Awards powered by Brainwonders were held on December 1 at NESCO, Mumbai.

he esteemed jury awarded Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School under the category “Excellence in Institute Infrastructure”. Revathi Srinivasan accepted the award on behalf of the school and presented it to the Infrastructure and Administrative Team of the school.
