Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School stands tall in the map of India's educational horizon, the path of which has been carved by its ethos and the strong holistic responsibility towards the life and thinking of our future generations. 17th June, 2023 marked yet another red letter day when the school recognised those golden talents who could surmount the pressures of a formal examination process!

The special day, the ICSE Award Function day, 2022 -2023 was flagged off with the formal invocation to the all-pervading light, which was followed by the singing of the stirring school song. The Section Head, Mrs. Meenakshi Sunder in her keynote address, highlighted the glorious achievements of the 340 students out of 522 Sulonians who aced above the 90% benchmark. Achieving All India Ranking has been the icing on the cake. With 99.80 per cent, Yash Bhasein (All India Rank 1) and Kiara Nishar, Soumya Churiwala and Sayyam Mehta at scored 99.6% and bagged All India Rank 2. Anvita Kinare and Preet Jain scored 99.4% and bagged All India Rank 3. These young achievers represent the dreams of all the proud Sulonians! These achievers shouldered their success through debates, quizzes, sports meets, cultural programmes et al, in addition to their academic rigours, the Section Head pointed out.

Wishing these future go-getters of the world, Director - Education and Principal, Dr. Revathi Srinivasan reminded the august gathering that these gems have received the blessings and prayers of the teaching fraternity, and, the parents in abundance! Their consistent performance will blaze new trails! While scripting their dreams, these ignited minds would remain rooted to the ground realities, as has been taught by the school, she pointed out.

Yash Bhasein, AIR 1, in his vote of thanks reiterated that the school has shaped its students into what they are today. The students could travel into the unknown realms of possibilities, thanks to the charged up atmosphere of the school, he echoed. Individual victories are synonymous with the collective victory. These achievements would propel them into newer roles and responsibilities, he signed off.

It was indeed a day of reckoning!
